The video below details some of the basic exercises of this practice and each lesson the class instructor will vary and change the way the warm up runs to provide you with variety in your lessons. Training begins at the toes, the furthest point from the heart, and each area is gradually warmed, stretched and worked as we work our way up the body.

Once again, it is for the personal preference of each person and any training in this aspect is built up over many years of practice. The video clips below, show hardened black belt experts who have been training for some 25 plus years at a minimum. Equipment such as wooden dummy’s and stones can also be used by more advanced practitioners.
